We are working with a well-established and expanding law firm seeking a Corporate Solicitor to join its busy team in Bournemouth.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer to handle a varied caseload of non-contentious corporate work including M&A, joint ventures, shareholders’ agreements, reorganisations and wider corporate advisory matters. Some work will also overlap with private client and tax-driven structuring.
You will be given responsibility for managing your own matters from the outset, working closely with clients and contributing to the ongoing development and success of the team.
What we’re looking for:
3–5 PQE in corporate law (commercial experience advantageous)
Strong drafting and transactional skills
Commercially aware, practical approach
Confident communicator and team player
Interest in business development
