Admin Assistant
* Salary: £24,420 pa
* Hours: 8:00am to 4:00pm Mon to Fri
* 4 weeks holiday + Bank / Public Holidays
For a busy South-East London based coffee distribution company. We are a small team working very closely together. You will have a specific role within the company but must be wiling to take on aspects of your colleagues' roles should the situation arise.
Main duties to include: -
* Taking telephone orders
* Calling customers for orders
* Preparing delivery notes
* Preparing invoices
* Preparing Rental invoices
* Stock control and purchase ordering
* Monitoring web sales and preparing sales for dispatch
* General office administration and other ad hoc duties
The candidate must be/have: -
* Previous office / customer service experience essential
* Methodical and organised
* Good at juggling tasks and prioritising
* Accurate with good attention to detail
* Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
* Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
* Strong computer skills
* Focused
* Show initiative
* Enthusiastic, friendly and willing to learn
* Valid UK work permit
