Job purpose: Ensure continuous supply of goods achieving Company KPIs and budgets Service : Deliver to company availability targets for all retail channels, whilst balancing associated cost for New & Refit and other exceptional activity. Provide agreed level of service to Business to Business (3 rd party) customers. Stock : Management of stock in store assisting through emergency escalations, peak stock holding and stock build management Overall role Drive availability and service through our New, Refit, and Closure store programs Create and share insightful reports that influence key decisions Support B2B growth by developing smart, scalable processes Optimise store settings and service levels across the business Be the go-to problem solver for ad hoc requests What were looking for: A positive, proactive attitude with strong communication skills Solid Excel and Power BI skills (bonus points for SQL!) A creative problem-solver who thinks outside the box A good understanding of operations and a passion for continuous improvement Key responsibilities: - Support the existing store support team with daily and weekly tasks. Support the existing planning team with daily and weekly tasks. Deliver New & Refit program with the aim of maximising availability in stores. Provide ad hoc reports to Supply Chain. Deliver Closure store program with the aim of ensuring a service in level with company. Improve optimisation across the Iceland estate. Develop processes for new B2B customers.
