This is a full time role, where the successful applicant will work Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. We are able to offer hybrid working for this role, which would be a mixture of home-working (3 days per week) and from our Brighton office (2 days per week). What you'll be doing: • Maintain supplier accounts within the finance system by matching of supplier invoices to purchase orders and reconciling supplier statements. • Gain internal authorisation of all invoices and follow up any outstancing invoices so they are included in the payment run, emailing remittance advices after a payment run • Deal with any queries and calls in a timely fashion • Responsible for processing and paying staff expense claims on a weekly basis.
