IGiihas an exciting opportunity for aProduction Supervisorto join our Operations team as we scale manufacturing through 2026 and beyond.

Reporting to Principal Manufacturing Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering safe, efficient, and high‑quality production, collaborating closely with Engineering, Quality, Product Development and R&D to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations in a dynamic and growing environment.


Your purpose in the role

You will take pride in operational excellence and lead the coordination, execution and continuous improvement of daily production activities. You will empower a small team of Production Technicians to deliver consistently high standards, while ensuring that safety, quality, compliance and customer delivery remain front and centre.


What you will do and how you will succeed

You will be accountable for:

* Leading and mentoringa team of Production Technicians, ensuring safe, compliant and efficient operations.
* Overseeing daily production, including equipment operation, batch scheduling, material supply, and smooth running of all supporting services.
* Managing raw materials and inventory, working closely with suppliers to maintain quality and availability.
* Fulfilling internal and external customer orders, ensuring products are manufactured, tested and delivered on time.
* Monitoring and improving quality, using production metrics, risk assessments and continuous improvement practices to drive performance.
* Troubleshoot and escalate technical issues, collaborating across Engineering, Quality and Development to find robust solutions.
* Maintaining documentation, updating work instructions and supporting audits, GMP compliance and change control.


Who we are looking for


Experience & Skills

* Hands‑on experience in a production environment operating equipment within a cGMP and/or lean manufacturing setting
* Exposure to materials processing and related quality control, including test and measurement systems
* Understanding of QMS compliance within ISO9001:2015, including responsibility for relevant KPIs and management system requirements
* Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
* Substantial experience supervising technicians and/or operators, with varied production workflows
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to participate in x-functional problem solving and coordination
* Commitment to personal and professional growth: expect to share with us your growth mindset and plans for development
* Experience in the medical device industry is desirable but not essential.


Education

A manufacturing‑or process‑related qualification or certification would be beneficial, or equivalent industrial experience demonstrating professional commitment.

This role is offered as a full‑time position, working across our two sites in Stirling, Scotland. Working hours are 37.5 hours per week, please talk to us about alternative working arrangements.
