Salary: £120 - £150 per day (depending on experience)

Are you a passionate and driven Early Career Teacher (ECT) ready to begin your educational career in nurturing and inclusive secondary schools? Teaching Personnel is actively recruiting newly qualified educators to join outstanding primary schools throughout Durham.
Position Overview:
* Provide dynamic and engaging instruction across KS3 and KS4
* Access guidance and career development to facilitate your ECT progression
* Adapt teaching methods to accommodate all students, including SEN and EAL pupils
* Build effective classroom leadership and behavioural management techniques
* Collaborate closely with seasoned educators and school leadership
Candidate Requirements:
* Possess or be pursuing Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Have current teaching practice experience within secondary educational settings
* Show enthusiasm for growth and advancement as a newly qualified educator
* Display excellent communication and organizational abilities
* Have an enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
