About the Role
We’re looking for a SuccessFactors Project Manager to lead HR and IT transformation projects within a fast-growing HR Technology consultancy. You’ll take full ownership of project planning, execution, governance, and delivery across multiple initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone ready to move beyond coordination into structured, end-to-end project management. You’ll collaborate closely with consultants, technical teams, and stakeholders while helping shape a modern PMO framework and refining delivery best practices.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the end-to-end delivery of SuccessFactors and HR technology projects
* Define delivery plans, schedules, and dependencies across multiple modules or workstreams
* Oversee project governance including progress reporting, RAID management, change tracking, and stakeholder updates
* Work closely with SuccessFactors consultants to align design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities
* Coordinate workshops and customer touchpoints
* Track project metrics, budgets, and timelines to ensure accountable delivery
* Support resource planning and internal coordination across multidisciplinary teams
* Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, templates, and PMO practices
* Contribute to estimates, scoping, and pre-sales discussions when required
Requirements
* 3–5+ years’ experience managing SuccessFactors or HRIS projects
* Strong understanding of SuccessFactors modules (e.g. EC, Learning, Performance, Onboarding, or Compensation)
* Experience in a consulting or HR technology delivery environment
* Solid grasp of HR processes and configuration lifecycles within cloud HR systems
* Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
* Confidence managing risks, issues, and project documentation
* Ability to work across multiple parallel workstreams and manage expectations effectively
* Experience with PM tools such as Jira, or MS Project
