Assessment Hub Lead – SEND Team Manager £44,246 – £50,076 | Full-time Permanent Kent, Hybrid (3 days office/week) We’re working with a Local Authority who are seeking a confident, experienced leader to head up a busy SEND assessment team. As the SEND Team Manager you will: Oversee the statutory 20-week EHC process Chair decision-making panels Ensure EHCPs are consistently high-quality, child-focused, and legally sound Be responsible for team development, performance, and strategic service improvement—using data, insight, and collaboration to drive outcomes As the SEND Team Manager you will have: Strong SEND knowledge and local authority experience - experirence managing complex caseloads Proven leadership in managing teams, budgets, and service delivery Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills A sharp eye for quality assurance and statutory compliance Apply Now – CVs are being reviewed immediately, and interviews will take place imminently.
