Responsibilities
* Provide one-on-one or group tutoring sessions to students of various ages and proficiency levels.
* Assist students in improving their reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills in English.
* Develop personalized lesson plans and learning materials based on student needs.
* Conduct assessments to track student progress and provide constructive feedback.
* Identify areas of improvement and implement targeted strategies for individual students.
* Foster a supportive and motivating learning environment.
Requirements
* Excellent proficiency in the English language.
* Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
* Previous tutoring or teaching experience is highly desirable.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt teaching methods to individual student needs.
* Passion for education and helping students achieve their language goals.
