You will be working closely with new and existing staff - making sure they feel welcomed, confident in their roles, and set up to succeed. What You Will Be Doing: Supporting new starters from their first day through induction, training, and into their roles Providing day-to-day coaching and feedback to help team members reach their potential Helping to design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and ongoing learning plans Taking part in recruiting great people for our customer contact teams Handling customer calls (both inbound and outbound) professionally and positively Working closely with the Onboarding & Quality Team Leader, HR, and wider teams Tracking performance, analysing data, and spotting areas for improvement Helping create a fair, supportive, and high-performing work environment What We Are Looking For: Someone who genuinely enjoys coaching and helping others grow Strong communication and listening skills Organised, proactive, and confident working with all levels of staff Experience in contact centre coaching and a good understanding of customer service best practices A calm, positive, and adaptable approach—especially when things get busy Comfortable with analysing performance data and using it to drive improvement A team player who’s also happy to take initiative What's in it for you?
