Position: Assembly Operator
Salary: £12.71 - £13.00 per hour
Location: Hoddesdon
Hours: 7:30am - 4:00pm, Monday to Friday
Proactive are currently recruiting for an Assembly Operator to join a growing team in Hoddesdon. This is a temp-to-perm position, offering an exciting opportunity to work with a leading manufacturing company in the electronics sector, with plenty of opportunities for growth and career development.
Key Responsibilities:
General assembly of electrical and mechanical components
Wiring and soldering of electrical cables and looms
Safe and efficient use of various tools and equipment
Performing quality checks to ensure products meet required specifications
Working collaboratively with team members to achieve production goals
Keeping the work area clean, organised, and efficient
Complying with all safety guidelines and procedures at all times
Qualifications and Experience:
Previous experience in assembly, particularly with wiring and crimping
Willingness to learn and follow instructions
A proactive approach to work
