Responsible for client satisfaction and leading client engagements to ensure that each project is performed to Protiviti quality standards of quality and meet the needs of the client. Directors work with Managing Directors to ensure that each client project closes with the client satisfied with our service and the quality of our work. Directors are focused on developing business opportunities in the marketplace and are valuable and influential leaders within our organisation and the business community. What your days will look like: This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days look the same. You’ll support the smooth running of the office while working closely with senior stakeholders and partnering with teams in both London and India. It’s ideal for someone who is keen to get stuck in across multiple areas. Office Operations & Facilities Supporting the day-to-day running of the London office Managing meeting room set-ups and workspace coordination Troubleshooting office equipment (printers, copiers, etc.) Liaising with building management and handling maintenance requests Keeping office spaces, kitchens, and meeting rooms in great shape Front of House & Stakeholder Support Acting as a professional first point of contact for visitors Managing calls, emails, and general office queries Delivering a high level of customer service across the business Administration & Business Support Supporting senior stakeholders and Managing Directors with ad hoc admin Coordinating meetings, presentations, and logistics Processing expenses and supporting operational tasks Assisting with onboarding (equipment, new starter set-up) Supporting the offshore admin teams when needed Events & Projects Supporting office events, team activities, and learning and development initiatives Getting involved in operational and European-wide projects Our Workplace and Employment Process Protiviti practices a hybrid working model, which is a combination of working in person with purpose and working remotely and is primarily dependent upon the needs of our client. The ratio of remote to in-person requirements varies by client, project, team, and other business factors. It can sometimes mean more of a full-time presence at our client. This model creates meaningful experiences for our people and our clients while offering a flexible environment. Our people work both in-person in local Protiviti offices and on client sites, which can include local, or UK wide travel based on our projects and client requests and commitments. Remuneration and Benefits Starting salaries are competitive and are based on a full-time equivalent schedule. Placement in the salary range is dependent upon experience, skills and geographic work location. Employees are eligible for medical and dental insurance cover, life assurance, pension scheme and receive up to 25 days holiday per calendar year.
