Role: PPC Executive at THG Beauty
We are seeking a passionate, detail-oriented, and data-driven PPC Executive to join our Paid Media Team. You will contribute to a fast-growing, dynamic environment where your analytical mindset, creativity, and enthusiasm support the growth of our global paid search campaigns.
Responsibilities
* Assist in the creation, management, and optimisation of PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
* Analyse campaign performance, translating insights into actionable recommendations to enhance ROAS and efficiency.
* Develop compelling ad copy and creatives tailored to target audiences, ensuring alignment with the brand’s tone of voice.
* Support the PPC team with weekly launches of new brands, products, and promotions.
* Conduct thorough keyword research and perform negative keyword mining using Search Query Reports.
* Carry out regular campaign health checks to optimise performance and identify account opportunities.
* Support the delivery of weekly and monthly reports with context around performance.
* Collaborate with wider teams across SEO, Ecom, Brand and Design.
* Stay updated on the latest paid search trends, products, and services to ensure the strategy remains cutting-edge.
What skills and experience do I need for this role?
* Proven experience in creating and managing campaigns on Google and Microsoft Ads.
* Experience running Shopping campaigns and understanding bidding tools such as SA360.
* Analytical and creative thinking with strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
* Data-driven approach with excellent analytical skills and strong Excel proficiency.
* Ability to thrive under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
* Proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning, research, and initiative.
