Driver - Ferrying/Discharge Work | Grimsby | £12.21-£14.47 per hour
GI Group UK is recruiting Drivers for ferrying and discharge operations with a leading automotive logistics client based in Grimsby.
Role Overview:
Location: Grimsby
Pay: £12.21 to £14.47 per hour shift dependant
Type: ongoing, ad-hoc assignments
Monday to Sunday working operation
Key Responsibilities:
Ferrying: Relocating vehicles around the compound and transferring between compounds. No training required.
Discharge: Driving vehicles off ships and relocating them safely within the Grimsby compound. Full training provided during the first two shifts.
Requirements:
Full UK driving licence (category B)
Licence held for minimum 12 months +
Up to 3 points on licence, subject to endorsement code
22 years of age and over due to insurance
Confidence driving various vehicles (Electric, manual and automatic)
Good attention to detail and safety awareness
Reliability and flexibility
