Enjet Aero machines and fabricates complex jet engine parts, components and assemblies for leading OEMs in the commercial, defense and general aviation sectors. Position Description
This role will be customer-facing while also managing communication and coordination across internal teams and outside suppliers. The goal is to improve customer satisfaction, streamline communication, and support on-time delivery of NPI and production parts.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in our Manchester, CT facility.
Essential Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary contact for customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and program updates.
* Coordinate with engineering, operations, quality, and purchasing to ensure customer requirements are met.
* Support NPI schedules by proactively communicating updates to customers.
* Monitor and expedite hardware with purchasing to ensure production and delivery commitments are met.
* Track and follow up on outside processing (plating, heat treat, special processing), coordinating with purchasing to resolve bottlenecks.
* Seek opportunities to improve communication flow, efficiency, and overall customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
* 2+ years of experience in customer service, supply chain, or program coordination in a manufacturing environment (aerospace strongly ).
* Familiarity with ERP systems (Epicor Kinetic experience a plus).
* Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and MS Office tools.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
* Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
