Job Description
Position Overview
Currently seeking a motivated and experienced Property Manager to join the team in Norwich. In this role, you will take on a hands-on managerial position within the Lettings team, overseeing and growing the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the lettings team
* Monitor, assess, and coach individual team member performance
* Ensure compliance with the highest regulatory standards
* Conduct property inspections
* Manage tenancy extensions and renewals
* Coordinate maintenance and repair issues with contractors
* Handle deposit returns and rental arrears
* Process eviction requests
* Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
* Manage complaints effectively
* Complete all check-in and check-out procedures, including full inventory reports
Qualifications
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum of 1 years experience as a Property Manager
* Ability to create a positive team spirit
* Strong knowledge of current residential lettings legislation
* Outstanding customer service skills
* Basic IT proficiency
* Driving license
