Role Summary
As the Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of the store by aligning with the PRS& Samsung brand and ethos. Your mission will be to deliver exceptional customer service, ensure operational compliance, and introduce Samsung products that enhance customers' connected lives.

* Operational Excellence: Follow and uphold PRS& Samsung processes, guidelines, and policies for seamless operations.
* Shift Management: As a key holder, manage daily shift operations and tasks.
* Resource Management: Manage resources effectively, ensuring budgets are adhered to and optimized.
