Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging, high‑quality teaching across a range of undergraduate modules in Sports Management.
* Support students in developing industry‑ready skills through real‑world projects, case studies, and applied learning.
* Develop and assess student learning through innovative teaching practices and applied learning strategies.
* Contribute to the design, development, and continuous improvement of our Sports Management curriculum.
* Provide academic support to students, promoting an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
* Build and maintain industry links to enhance student experience and employability opportunities.
Essential Requirements
* A master’s degree (MSc) in Sports Management or a closely related discipline (e.g., Sport Business, Sport Marketing).
* Demonstrable experience in an applied sports industry setting (e.g., professional clubs, governing bodies, event management, sport marketing).
* A passion for education and the ability to motivate and engage students from diverse backgrounds.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
* A commitment to continued professional development and a passion for education.
Desirable
* A recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE or equivalent), or willingness to work towards one.
* Experience of teaching in higher education and designing/assessing academic content.
* An active interest in research or industry engagement within the field of management.
