Purpose:
The Assignment Management Consultant manages the global relocation and assignment process for our client's employees. Responsibilities include case management, customer satisfaction, service delivery, supplier coordination, and promoting Sterling Lexicon's services.
Responsibilities:
* Oversee relocation and assignment services delivery to assignees and their families, ensuring high-quality standards.
* Manage and coordinate relocation processes per client specifications and Sterling Lexicon procedures.
* Conduct assessments and consultations to establish and meet assignee relocation requirements.
* Coordinate third-party services such as home finding, destination assistance, visa & immigration, language and cultural training, and spouse counseling.
* Provide ongoing support and advice to clients and assignees, including policy guidance, workflow administration, rental assistance, financial services, and supplier coordination.
* Support internal teams by advising on process improvements and cost savings.
Skills & Experience Required:
* Experience in relocation/assignment management.
* Positive attitude with excellent problem-solving and client relationship skills.
* Strong IT skills, including MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
* Fluency in a European language is desirable.
