Key Responsibilities
* Varied HR role covering onboarding, offboarding, recruitment support, HR documentation, and employee lifecycle admin.
* Exposure to ER processes, payroll support, L&D, HR analytics, and organisational change.
* Chance to use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to streamline and enhance HR processes.
* Fast paced, friendly environment with lots of learning and development.
Ideal candidate
* Maintain accurate HR systems, records, and documentation
* Prepare contracts, offers, and onboarding packs
* Support recruitment coordination and advertising
* Track absence and prepare reports
* Provide first line HR support to employees and managers
* Assist with payroll data, ER note taking, and board level reporting
* Support TUPE, L&D, and general HR compliance activity
