We’re looking for Relief Care Workers to join our team at CrossReach. This flexible role is ideal if you’re returning to work, exploring a new direction or looking for hours that fit around your life.
You’ll support older people with daily routines such as washing, dressing, eating and moving safely. You’ll help create a calm and supportive environment where people feel comfortable and respected. Working as part of a friendly, experienced team, you’ll provide care that meets each person’s physical, emotional and social needs.
About You
You bring warmth, patience and a genuine desire to help others. You value dignity and independence, and you work well as part of a team. You notice when someone needs extra support and are confident offering it.
No previous care experience is needed, as full training will be provided. If you already hold an SVQ Level 3 in Social Services and Healthcare, that’s an advantage. What matters most is that you are kind, dependable and willing to learn.
