This is an ongoing role and a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading national contractor on an inherited legacy scheme, recognised as a flagship project within the region.
The Role You will take responsibility for overseeing and delivering high-quality drainage works across a large residential development, ensuring all activities are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with specifications.
Key Responsibilities Installation, maintenance, and repair of below-ground drainage systems Managing foul and surface water drainage, manholes, and attenuation systems Reading and interpreting drainage drawings and site plans Supervising drainage activities and coordinating with site management Ensuring strict adherence to health & safety standards and site procedures Supporting the successful delivery of a complex legacy scheme Requirements Proven experience as a Drainage Specialist on new build housing projects Strong knowledge of below-ground drainage systems Valid SMSTS certificate (essential) Valid First Aid at Work certificate (essential) CSCS card (essential) Ability to work independently xxuwjjq and lead drainage operations High standards of workmanship and safety awareness Whats on Offer Long-term, ongoing work Opportunity to work on a high-profile, flagship regional project Employment with a respected national contractor Competitive rates, dependent on experience If you are a skilled Drainage Specialistlooking for a long-term opportunity on a major residential development, we would like to hear from you.
