An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within the Acute Services Medical Directorate, providing comprehensive administrative and clerical support to our Senior Charge Nurses and teams.
You should be educated to Standard Grade level; possess RSA/SCOTVEC qualification or equivalent or have relevant previous experience. You should also possess excellent keyboard skills and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Knowledge and experience of a hospital environment would be advantageous, as would knowledge of NHS systems and processes, however training will be given.
Previous administrative experience and knowledge of confidentiality and safe handling of information/GDPR is required. You should have the ability to work as a member of a team and on your own initiative with minimal supervision.
A level of English language competency, numeracy and communication skills necessary to perform this role safely and effectively is also required.
