Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, goal-oriented personal trainer to join our team of Learner Support Tutors, especially those qualified and experienced in personal training to support our new suite of qualifications.

Skills and Experience
* Minimum of 12 months’ personal training experience and Level 3 qualification (Essential)
* Strong knowledge in anatomy, exercise programming, and nutrition science (Essential)
* Excellent communication skills, empathy, and motivation (Essential)
* Proficiency in basic IT skills (email, word processing) (Essential)
* Organized, motivated, and committed to excellence (Essential)
Role Details
The successful candidate will primarily work from our Chorley offices, providing remote support (via phone, email, video calls, marking) to students pursuing personal training qualifications. You will manage a caseload, offering ongoing tuition, support, and career guidance to facilitate student success and career development. Opportunities include further qualifications, involvement in delivering and assessing courses, and contributing to marketing and course development projects.
Salary and Benefits
Starting salary: £27,250 per annum (including performance-related pay). Benefits include 22 days of paid holiday plus bank holidays, holiday bonus scheme, free staff training, and ongoing career development support with opportunities for progression.
