Head Chef Classical Training, Seasonal British Mediterranean Cuisine
We are looking for a Head Chef with classical training and a passion for seasonal, ingredient-led cuisine to lead the kitchen of an exciting new restaurant in Westbourne Park. This is a unique opportunity to shape and run a refined, small-capacity kitchen, with a focus on quality, consistency, and strong team leadership.
What We Offer:
Salary between £50,000 £55,000 (plus service charge)
Overtime paid in full
48-hour contract per week (structured shifts: 8am4pm or 4pm11pm)

What Youll Do:
Lead a team of 3 Chef de Parties, ensuring smooth and efficient kitchen service
Develop and deliver a seasonal, classically rooted menu, executed to the highest standard
Oversee breakfast service on weekends and maintain exceptional consistency across all sessions
Recruit, train, and mentor new chefs bringing your own team is welcomed
Uphold strict standards of food quality, presentation, and kitchen hygiene
Work collaboratively with front-of-house and management to ensure a seamless guest experience
Lead calmly, efficiently, and decisively under pressure
Who Were Looking For:
A Sous Chef or Head Chef with classical culinary training and proven fine-dining experience
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to train, inspire, and manage a kitchen team
Excellent organisational skills, particularly in session management and service flow
Passion for seasonal, ingredient-led cooking and an eye for detail
Available to start immediately
