About the Role

Responsibilities
* Support the Head Chef by ensuring the team delivers brand standards consistently.
* Work in fast‑paced environments, sometimes with produce not previously worked with.
* Develop and mentor kitchen staff under your supervision.
* Participate in on‑the‑job training and nationally recognised apprenticeships.
* Help advance team members toward higher roles (e.g., Head Chef).
Qualifications
Ideal candidates have prior experience as a Senior Sous Chef and can demonstrate skills in team development and brand standard delivery.
