The role

As an the Brand Manager you’ll will lead the planning and execution of brand campaigns across UK and US markets, oversee global PR strategy, and drive the evolution of our brand identity. This role combines creativity, commercial acumen, and strong stakeholder management to ensure our brand resonates internally and externally while delivering measurable impact.


The salary for this role is Circa £50,000.


Key responsibilities:

* Own the end-to-end delivery of brand campaigns across UK and US markets, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
* Liaise with external partners (creative agency, media buying agency) to brief, review, and approve campaign assets.
* Work closely on the media plan, making informed decisions to optimise channel mix, timing, and spend for maximum impact.
* Ensure timely delivery of assets to media channels in line with the media plan.
* Collaborate with internal teams (Client Communications, Acquisition, Analytics) to amplify and measure campaigns across all channels.
* Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring all activities deliver maximum ROI and stay within financial plans.
* Track campaign performance against KPIs (enquiries, engagement, brand awareness).
* Partner with third-party research agencies to assess brand health and awareness metrics.
* Maintain rigorous quality control and brand consistency across all campaign touchpoints.
* Lead the development and execution of our global PR strategy, working closely with our PR consultant.
* Secure consistent, high-quality coverage across luxury, travel, and lifestyle media outlets.
* Act as liaison between internal teams (especially Product) and PR partners to streamline processes and approvals.
* Oversee press releases, interviews, and crisis communication plans.
* Collaborate on PR-driven events, sponsorships, and activations to amplify brand visibility.
* Define and maintain clear brand positioning and architecture to ensure consistency and differentiation.
* Lead brand refresh or rebrand projects, including stakeholder engagement and change management.
* Monitor brand equity and perception through research and analytics, using insights to guide strategic decisions.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.


What we’re looking for

We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager with a strong background in both brand strategy and public relations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across diverse teams. You will bring proven expertise in developing and executing brand campaigns that drive engagement and deliver measurable results.


Additionally,

* Proven experience in brand management, ideally within travel, luxury, or lifestyle sectors.
* Strong track record in campaign delivery, with ability to manage complex projects and ensure timely execution.
* Expertise in campaign measurement, including interpreting data, tracking KPIs, and presenting actionable insights. Experience managing campaign budgets effectively, ensuring ROI and financial accountability.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Experience managing external agencies and internal cross-functional teams.
* Knowledge of PR strategy and media relations.
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive.
* Passionate about brand building and creative excellence.
