Sytner Oldbury is looking for an Aftersales Manager.
Your role
As a Sytner Aftersales Manager, you will lead from the front and inspire colleagues. You will deliver a full Aftersales service to our customers, and maximise the profitability of the sales of parts, labour hours, MOT, lubricants, tyres, and subcontracted sales.
You will be an integral member of the Management Team and deliver the very best customer service with a clear vision to run an efficient and professional aftersales operation.
This is a full-time role which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.
Your profile
When applying for this role, please consider that we require candidates to have management/supervisory experience in an Aftersales department as a minimum requirement.
Previous experience in a similar role within the motor industry is essential, as well as strong technical knowledge. Ideally, you will have the ability to work in a high-pressure environment and possess excellent leadership skills to drive a team forward.
You should strive for operational excellence and have a strategic mindset, whilst ensuring that the customer always comes first.
