Your Team:
This role will report to the Regulatory Reporting Team Leader, based within the EMEA Client Operations (ECO) department. The successful candidate will work directly with 2 Regulatory Reporting Specialists who also oversee the UCITS and PRIIP regulations and oversee KIID/KID/EPT/EMT production.

Your Role:
The successful candidate will take a leading role in all KID/KIID/EMT/EPT activities, working with Legal,pliance, Fund Accounting and Performance teams to gather requirements and data for inclusion in the documents, and our two outsourcing partners, who produce the regulatory documents. They will interact with internal and external stakeholders to understand processes, identify and resolve issues, support the rest of the Regulatory Reporting team with technical queries and be the SME for the appropriate regulations.

What we are we looking for:
9. Act as the team technical SME on UCITS KIID and PRIIPs KID regulations
10. Provide insights into regulatory requirements, keep abreast of changes to the relevant regulations and participate in association meetings and industry forums
11. Take a leading role in the KID/KIID/EMT/EPT BAU activities performed by the team, ensuring quality control checks are embedded
12. Be the 'port of call' to support team members on query management and to develop their regulatory and industry knowledge.
13. Interact with key internal and external business stakeholders to identify and troubleshoot process and data issues ensuring clear and accuratemunication
14. Act as the SME on regulatory driven or internal enhancements and projects impacting KID/KID/EMT/EPT production, dissemination and oversight.
15. Take responsibility for the monitoring of KID/KIID/EMT/EPT outsourcing providers; lead weekly calls, quarterly reviews, monitor SLA adherence and coordinate with the Delegation Oversight team
16. Maintain and update a KID/KIID issues log and provide robust and timely management information and metrics to adhere with material outsourcing monitoring
17. Ensure the EMEA ECO Regulatory Reporting Team Lead & Manager are kept aware of all significant matters and thatplaints, breaches and incidents are recorded on the incident reporting system and closed within suitable deadlines.
18. Ensure team procedures are followed and consistently and continuously improved

What you can bring:
19. Significant experience within the asset management industry
20. Experience in a relevant product regulatory reporting role
21. Experience with monitoring outsourced providers and KPIs
22. Extensive knowledge of UCITS KIID and PRIIP KID regulations
23. Overall investment knowledge including an understanding of different investment strategies
24. Knowledge of other EMEA client regulations (Solvency II,CRR...)
25. Strong academic background ideally educated to degree level
26. IOC and IMC desired
27. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
28. High attention to detail
29. Proactive, proven to work on own initiative and with a continuous improvement mindset
30. Able to prioritise tasks, work under pressure and manage time effectively toplete tasks within required deadlines
31. Ability tomunicate effectively, both with clients and internally
32. Highly team orientated, work to and share best practice
