Now, we’re happy to offer you an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Property Relationship manager in our Ramsgate office. The salary package on offer is £26,000 - £28,000 dependant on experience.
You will ensure that the properties under your care meet all legal and contractual obligations whilst providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities

* Managing the tenancies for all properties that are in your portfolio.
* Taking ownership of all issues and queries to achieve a successful outcome for all parties involved.
* Providing support to a busy, fast paced team.
