This is a great opportunity for a strategically & operationally focused CFO to lead a growing UK business and driving the business through to an exit process.
Responsibilities
Departmental management: leading the finance teams, monitoring and motivating the staff and delegating responsibilities effectively to appropriate individuals
Forecasting & budgeting: develop real-time monitoring of estimated performance to budget
Management accounting & systems development: developing & maintaining reporting systems including project profitability analysis
Financial accounting & statutory reporting: ensure suitable and robust financial controls are maintained across the group.
Oversee cash flow, cash management and working capital
Manage relationships with banks
Qualifications
Prior CFO experience in a standalone business or large division
10+ years' of finance experience
Qualified accountant
