Treviglas Academy is seeking a motivated and ambitious Teaching Team Leader for Science to join our forward-thinking and collaborative school.

Responsibilities
* Lead a dedicated and collaborative teaching team, driving high‑quality teaching and learning across the Science subject.
* Shape and implement a developing curriculum and enhance the science student entitlement programme, which supports students exploring their interest in science and future career pathways.
* Lead the strategic development of the department, using careful evaluation of curriculum intent, implementation and impact to secure strong outcomes for all learners.
Qualifications
* Excellent subject knowledge and a clear commitment to ensuring all students achieve highly.
* Experience of leading a department is not essential; we are committed to developing future leaders and will provide high‑quality professional development and support.
* A talented teacher ready to take the next step into subject leadership.
