What you’ll do on a typical day:
* Management of in day/week customer service requests
* Communication with customers, internal warehouse and transport teams, external Hauliers and senior stakeholders.
* Ownership of customer reports
* Query management
* Supporting Customer Service Manager
What you need to succeed at GXO:
* Previous customer service experience along with a friendly, calm and resilient manner
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain accuracy and attention to detail
* Strong written and telephone communication skills with excellent spelling and grammar
* Good MS Excel skills and systems ability
