Job Description
3. To lead on high-rise apartment refurbishment projects across the North West
4. A client facing role dealing directly with various housing associations
5. Delivery of high-rise residential schemes, ensuring compliance with the Building Safety Act and Fire Safety Regulations
6. Mobilisation of planned works and retrofit programmes under frameworks such as PAS 2035
7. Coordination with design teams, consultants, and supply chain to meet client expectations and regulatory standards
8. Procurement and cost planning
The Successful Applicant
9. Proven track record in mobilising projects under the Building Safety Act
10. Experience with planned maintenance frameworks and retrofit programmes
11. Skilled in coordinating with design teams, consultants, and supply chain partners for compliance and quality
12. Degree or HNC/HND in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline
13. Knowledge of the Building Safety Act, Fire Safety Regulations, and PAS 2035
14. Professional membership (e.g. CIOB, RICS) desirable
15. Strong understanding of pre-construction planning for Higher-Risk Buildings (HRBs), including gateway submissions
16. Expertise in procurement strategies, cost planning, and risk management
