What you’ll be doing
As a Site Supervisor Apprentice, you’ll play an important role in supporting the smooth, safe, and efficient running of a construction site. Working alongside experienced supervisors, you’ll help coordinate daily activities, guide teams on‑site, and make sure work is carried out safely and to a high standard.
Throughout your apprenticeship, you’ll develop practical leadership skills, learn how to manage resources, understand construction processes, and ensure health and safety regulations are met. This role is all about keeping the site organised, maintaining good communication, and working collaboratively to help the project progress successfully.
You will be enrolled on the Site Supervisor Level 4, a structured programme lasting approximately 30 months.
Who we’re looking for
For our Level 4 Apprenticeship, you’ll need A Levels or equivalent, typically 2 A Levels. This programme is designed for those looking to step into higher‑level roles that demand specialised knowledge and increased responsibility.
