About the role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team at Neale-Wade. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to deliver specialist interventions to pupils, provide some cover for teachers, and contribute to the overall ethos and success of the academy.
As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and well-structured interventions, reporting pupil progress, and contributing to high standards of teaching and learning. You will play a key role in fostering an environment of high expectations, where pupils are inspired to achieve their full potential. Building supportive, constructive relationships with pupils and staff is essential.
