Our client is seeking a proactive, customer-focused Application Support Analyst who will take ownership of their bespoke internal platform. You will be trained to become a super user – the first point of contact for internal and external support queries, helping users understand, navigate, and troubleshoot the system confidently. As the Application Support Analyst willact as a 1st Line Support, you will: * Act as the first point of contact for all IT and application support requests – via phone, email, and ticketing system. * Learn the company’s bespoke application inside and out, becoming the in-house super user. * Assist users with functionality queries and troubleshoot issues related to the core application. * Escalate more technical faults to 2nd/3rd line or external providers when needed – while ensuring timely follow-up. * Create and maintain user guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting documentation to continuously improve support delivery. * Liaise with third-party IT providers and vendors when required. About You: * At least 1 year of experience working experience, ideally working within an IT Support role or a strong administrative/office background with IT training or a recognised IT qualification and passion for tech. * Strong communicator – both verbal and written – with excellent interpersonal skills. * Comfortable with Microsoft Office 365 tools (Word, Excel, Outlook). * A quick learner with a natural curiosity and desire to understand systems at a deeper level. * Calm under pressure, organised, and able to juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment.
