What we’re looking for
* Full and relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification.
* At least 2‑year experience within an Early Years setting.
* Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and the wider legislative requirements.
* Adhere to all company policies and procedures and ensure that all company policies and procedures are adhered to.
* Promote a high standard of quality within the nursery, including practice, environment and resources to meet the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage.
Responsibilities
* Provide high‑quality care and support to children in a nursery setting, ensuring their safety and well‑being.
* Engage children in educational activities that promote early childhood development and learning.
* Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and any concerns.
* Collaborate with team members to create a nurturing and stimulating environment.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the nursery space.
* Assist in managing daily operations and leading activities as needed.

Pay: From £27,000.00 per year
