Job Summary
As Senior Interior Designer you will be responsible for managing multiple high-end residential interior projects from concept to completion for clients across Surrey and Southeast London.
Leading client relationships and overseeing on-site activity.
You will be responsible for:
* Leading client meetings and presenting design concepts with confidence.
* Developing and managing interior projects from early design stages through to installation.
* Creating precise AutoCAD drawings and detailed design documentation.
* Coordinating with suppliers, contractors and trades on site.
* Managing timelines, budgets and material schedules.
What we are looking for:
* Previously worked as a Senior Interior Designer, Interior Architect, Senior Design Consultant, Interior Design Project Manager, Residential Designer, Interior Technical Designer, Interior Design Manager or in a similar role.
* At least 6 years’ experience.
* 3 years’ experience in residential interior design experience.
* Background in site coordination, joinery and high-end finishes.
* Proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* Skilled in AutoCAD and ability to produce detailed technical drawings.
* Full UK driving licence.
