Job Title: Project Manager – Infrastructure & Regulatory Programmes
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of critical infrastructure and governance workstreams within a large-scale, low-latency compute and network transformation programme. This role will coordinate complex technical deliveries while ensuring regulatory compliance and operational governance are embedded throughout.
Key Responsibilities:
* Infrastructure Delivery:
* Lead the end-to-end delivery of core compute infrastructure, including hardware, VM, Linux OS, storage, and containerisation environments.
* Oversee the transformation of legacy network infrastructure, including routing, switching, SDN, carrier circuits, and firewall migrations.
* Ensure scalable, low-latency, high-throughput designs are delivered, tested, and aligned with programme requirements.
* Governance & Compliance:
* Manage the governance, risk, and compliance workstream across the infrastructure programme.
* Embed regulatory frameworks (ISO, SOC2, internal IT audit) into programme delivery, ensuring alignment with CIO and CSO offices.
* Maintain programme-wide controls, assurance processes, quality gates, and documentation artefacts.
Stakeholder Management:
* Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering leads, security, architecture, and vendor partners.
* Prepare and maintain workstream plans, RAID logs, status reports, and governance artefact libraries.
* Manage stakeholder relationships across technical, operational, risk, and legal functions, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
Requirements:
* 7+ years’ experience delivering infrastructure projects or programmes within complex, regulated environments.
* Strong background in infrastructure domains, including HPC, scalable compute, cloud-native platforms, networking, and regulatory compliance.
* Technical familiarity with Kubernetes, Linux, Terraform, observability tooling, SDN, Cisco Nexus, BGP, multicast, and VRF.
* Proven experience managing multi-location infrastructure rollouts (data centres or cloud environments).
* Agile delivery experience within enterprise infrastructure programmes essential.
* Excellent stakeholder management, documentation, and reporting skills.
