This hybrid administration role offers the balance of remote flexibility and in-office collaboration, with office days on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, from our Stockley Park (Uxbridge), West London, UK Office.
You will play a crucial role in supporting the Senior Key Account Manager and the wider Hasbro Amazon team, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service, and administrative support.

Role and Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Senior Key Account Manager for Amazon, the key purpose of the role is to provide administrative and data analytical support to the wider Amazon team by:
• Uploading and tracking all internal documentation, subject to clear communication from Key Account Managers.
• Daily performance tracking.
• With direction from the sales team, providing ad-hoc analysis, data collection/tracking.
• Data entry into required systems and reports (with direction from the sales team).
• Supporting the promotional planning process and post-promotion analysis.
• Take responsibility for achieving excellent levels of delivery of all tasks requested and exceptional customer service/customer satisfaction when dealing with Amazon, both internally and externally.
• Attend all appropriate sales and internal meetings.
• Collate and communicate new Fan pre-order set-ups with the Amazon point of contact and audit on the go-live date for all markets to ensure the pre-order buy box is live.
• Run a weekly audit on live pre-order ASINS (Amazon SKU) to ensure they are live and to log sales performance.
• Assist in ensuring all new products are set up promptly and audit on-site content to ensure 'Perfect Launch' criteria are met.
• Collate, communicate, and audit on-site product variations.
Skills, knowledge, and behaviours required:
• Ideally, a Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
• Excellent Customer Service and Data skills.
• Excellent administration and organisational skills, ideally some sales administration experience, but not essential.
• Advanced PC skills, particularly MS Word and Excel (formulas and commands).
• Ability to learn new PC packages/systems quickly.
• Good levels of numeracy and literacy.
• Able to prioritise, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
• An organised individual who pays close attention to detail.
• Approachable, enthusiastic, and proactive manner.
• A capable problem solver.
• Curious and solution-oriented.
