We’re currently recruiting for a Heavy MIG Welder/Fabricator to facilitate our brand-new customer cell. You’ll work with the latest robotic welding systems and high-quality 4mm materials, playing a critical role in delivering products that exceed customer expectations.
£14.00-£17.00 per hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities
* Assist in the operation of brand-new robotic welding equipment in a designated cell.
* Fabricate metal components, ensuring precision and quality every time.
* Interpret technical drawings and utilise custom jigs for tack welding.
* Inspect welded components for top quality assurance.
* Collaborate with a supportive team to enhance processes and productivity.
* Maintain a clean, organised workspace and adhere to safety protocols.
* Capture shop floor data accurately, aligning with company policies.
Requirements
* Proven expertise in Heavy MIG Welding (1 year minimum).
* Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings.
* Solid mechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
* A commitment to safety.
* Basic computer literacy for accessing digital instructions and logs.
* Bonus: Other welding experience and a background in sheet metal work.
Interview Requirement: A weld test will be part of the interview process to showcase your skills.
