 
        
        We are seeking an experienced and dynamic GP Surgery Reception Manager to lead our team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for the medical industry. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing daily operations, ensuring exceptional service, and maintaining high standards of governance and quality. The Reception Manager will oversee the reception team, review team, paramedics etc while fostering a positive team culture.
Main duties of the job
 * Supervise daily operations of the GP surgery, ensuring smooth service delivery.
 * Responsible for setting up clinicians clinics on EMIS
 * Lead and manage a team, providing guidance and support to enhance performance and morale.
 * Implement training programmes for staff on relevant courses in connection with primary care and customer service excellence.
 * Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
 * Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery across all areas of the surgery.

Experience
 * Experience of working in a healthcare environment
 * Experience of the use of EMIS
 * Previous management/supervisory experience
 * Experience of working in a primary care environment
