A growing digital agency is looking for a PPC Account Manager to lead paid media delivery for a key client and play a central role in shaping performance-driven campaigns across multiple platforms.
This position suits an experienced paid media specialist who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution, working closely with clients, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results.
The Opportunity
You’ll take full ownership of paid media activity for a high-profile client, managing budgets, performance and ongoing optimisation across Google, Meta, Microsoft and other paid channels. Acting as the day-to-day PPC lead, you’ll translate data into insight, guide campaign direction and ensure activity aligns with wider marketing objectives.
Working as part of a multidisciplinary agency team spanning SEO, design, development and technical support, you’ll also help nurture junior talent and contribute to the evolution of the agency’s paid media offering.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Owning and evolving paid media strategy across search, shopping, display and social platforms
* Managing campaign setup, optimisation and budget allocation to hit performance targets
* Serving as the primary PPC contact for the client, delivering clear communication and strategic guidance
* Analysing performance data to uncover opportunities for growth, testing and efficiency
* Producing and presenting insightful performance reports to internal teams and external stakeholders
* Working closely with creative and technical teams to support campaign execution
* Supporting the training and development of junior PPC team members
* Contributing ideas and insight to broader paid media and digital strategy discussions
* What We’re Looking For
o At least 2 years’ experience working in PPC or paid media
o Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, including Search, Shopping and Performance Max
o Confident using GA4, Google Merchant Center and reporting tools such as Looker Studio
o Experience managing lead-driven campaigns with a focus on ROI, ROAS and CPA
o Working knowledge of Meta Ads and Microsoft Advertising
o Solid understanding of audience targeting, testing methodologies and optimisation techniques
o Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and consent frameworks
o Comfortable presenting performance insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
* Nice to Have
o Experience with third-party tools such as SE Ranking
o Exposure to LinkedIn Ads or newer paid media channels
o Understanding of SEO and conversion rate optimisation principles
o Previous experience supporting or mentoring junior team members
