Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Paid Media Buyer
to manage and scale paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as
Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and TikTok
.
Your focus will be to design, launch, and optimise campaigns that profitably drive traffic into our
low-ticket and direct-response funnels
, while contributing to the wider growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
* Campaign Strategy & Execution
– Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across multiple platforms, aligned with business objectives.
- Creative Development & Testing
– Work with in-house or freelance creatives to produce compelling ads, run A/B tests, and refine messaging and targeting.
- Funnel Optimisation
– Collaborate with the funnel team to improve landing pages, sales flows, and conversion rates.
- Performance Tracking
– Set up accurate tracking (pixels, UTMs, analytics) and provide regular reports on KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversions).
- Budget Management
– Allocate and optimise spend for maximum ROI while scaling profitable campaigns.
- Collaboration & Communication
– Participate in strategy sessions, provide updates, and proactively suggest improvements.
- Market Awareness
– Stay current with platform updates, ad policies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
* 2+ years proven experience managing
profitable paid campaigns
(Meta, YouTube, TikTok or similar).
- Strong track record with
direct-response funnels or low-ticket offers
.
- Proficiency in Ads Manager tools and analytics (Google Analytics, tracking setups e.g. Hyros).
- Knowledge of direct-response marketing, funnel optimisation, and testing methodologies.
- Analytical, data-driven mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
