The Role
An Account Coordinator will work as part of a team to deliver the day-to-day servicing of clients against agreed SLAs or KPIs and is the daily management representative for Mach Recruitment.
Salary
up to £30,000 depending on experience

Responsibilities
* Deliver contractually agreed service provisions as part of a team.
* Manage on-site client relationships with the General Manager / Site Lead and their team.
* Develop recruitment forecasting with the client management team monthly to quarterly.
* Report KPIs daily.
* Support service reviews and participate in presentations.
* Manage candidate attraction via advertising, social media, and relationships with job centres and training providers.
* Support candidate screening and ensure compliance with UK eligibility to work.
* Complete interview & selection processes ethically and efficiently.
* Oversee new starter inductions and training paperwork.
* Ensure daily fulfilment of client requirements for temporary workers.
* Manage absence, retention, and compliance of temporary workers, including legislation adherence.
* Manage rotas, time management, behavioral issues, and sign-in/out procedures.
* Process weekly payroll accurately.
* Control stock levels and manage recruitment forecasting.
* Gather market due diligence and work to maximize revenue within budget.
* Promote Mach Recruitment services to clients.
* Engage with colleagues and clients on activities for workers.
* Represent Mach Recruitment professionally at all times.
* Collaborate with managers and directors to enhance service delivery and internal projects.
Experience / Attributes
* Experience in Managed Services or large-scale volume recruitment.
* Understanding of recruitment legislation.
* Customer service experience with clients.
* Attention to detail and accuracy with data.
* Leadership qualities and hands-on approach.
* Strong communication skills.
* Ability to multitask and work independently.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel.
* Flexible, ambitious, and driven to grow the business.
* Flexible working hours due to business needs.
