Key Responsibilities:
* Evaluate project costs and recommend value engineering solutions for greater efficiency
* Provide expert advice on NEC4 contracts, particularly option B, for highways and infrastructure
* Guide design and engineering teams on the cost implications of construction methods and material choices
* Prepare Bills of Quantities and tender documents
* Manage project costs throughout construction and negotiate final accounts
* Lead client meetings and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver projects successfully
About You:
* A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related RICS-accredited qualification
* Demonstrable experience in a commercial role, ideally within highways or infrastructure sectors
