We’re expanding our work with large enterprises and scaleups who are adopting AI across supply chain, customer experience, operational efficiency, market intelligence, finance and more.
These are high-visibility projects with a mandate to prove value quickly and scale responsibly.
We’re looking for a hands-on AI Architect. Someone who can build and implement real systems: from custom GPTs, custom Microsoft Co-pilots, LLM apps to retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, data platforms, and production deployments.
What you’ll do:
* Design and build end-to-end AI solutions, from proof-of-concept to production.
* Develop custom GPTs through OpenAI and Microsoft Co-Pilot and leverage the likes of OpenAI for Business to deliver secure, role-aware, enterprise-grade solutions.
* Implement LLM apps and RAG pipelines (LangChain/LlamaIndex, vector DBs like Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS).
* Work with structured/unstructured data to build pipelines (SQL, Spark, Databricks, Kafka/Kinesis) and feature stores.
* Deploy and scale with MLOps best practice (MLflow, W&B, Kubeflow, Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD).
* Optimise performance, latency, and cost trade-offs across Azure, AWS, or GCP AI stacks.
* Collaborate directly with our world leading team of engineers, researchers, and enterprise teams to deliver measurable impact.
What we’re looking for:
* Fluency in modern AI/ML — LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral), embeddings, RAG, LangChain/LlamaIndex.
* Strong understanding of OpenAI for Business and custom GPT development, including enterprise integration and compliance guardrails.
* Proven engineering skills — Python (PyTorch/TensorFlow, JAX), SQL/Spark, data wrangling, API integration.
* MLOps & deployment experience — MLflow, W&B, Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines.
* Track record shipping real-world AI systems with measurable outcomes, not just prototypes.
* Tier-one background preferred — IIT / IISc / MIT / Imperial or equivalent global institution with Advanced AI/ML qualifications.
* Ability to explain trade-offs and design choices to both engineers and business leaders.
