Maintenance Reliability Manager.
Wellingborough.
Up to £50,000 per annum DOE Bonus.
We’re looking for a proactive Maintenance Reliability Manager to lead the maintenance operations at our clients manufacturing facility. This is a focal role responsible for ensuring the equipment and systems run safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime. You’ll oversee a skilled team of technicians, drive continuous improvement, and help shape the future of asset care in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Lead, coach, and develop a team of maintenance technicians.
* Drive a culture of safety, performance, and continuous improvement.
* Manage small projects and support cross-functional collaboration.
* Deliver and evolve the predictive and preventive maintenance strategy.
* Use data-driven insights to reduce failures and increase equipment reliability.
* Oversee the CMMS for work orders, inventory, and accurate reporting.
* Ensure maintenance schedules align with production planning.
* Ensure all maintenance activities meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
* Manage contractor safety and performance on-site.
* Manage maintenance budgets and control costs effectively.
* Ensure optimal stock levels of critical spare parts and materials.
* Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
* Drive innovation through best practices and new technologies.
* Analyse maintenance data (MTBF, MTTR) to identify improvement areas.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in maintenance or reliability management.
* Experience leading technical teams and managing budgets.
* Strong understanding of CMMS systems and engineering drawings.
* Excellent communicator with the ability to influence at all levels.
* Comfortable handling audits, customer visits, and compliance matters.
* HNC in Engineering or equivalent industry experience.
