Job description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy Manager to join a children's learning disability service.. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing leadership and support to the team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care and treatment.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Supporting the registered manager
* Supervising new starters during their probation period
* Act as deputy in the absence of the registered manager
* Working on a rota basis
* Manage shift team supporting with meeting theneeds of the children effectively
Requirements:
* Level 3children and young people
* 2 years experience within a team leader position
* Strong communication and management skills
